Kazakhstan Data Lab

This is not a slide deck with pre-written answers. It is a set of short routes over current public collections, showing the data used, the fragments found, and where to verify the result.

Data is loaded from the current Janus.Guru public registry. The numbers and sources on this page are not marketing placeholders.

Scenario 01 · Regional analysis

Compare two regions before writing a brief

Choose two regions: the map and indicators update immediately. Janus.Guru then shows the route to the supporting fragments so a numerical slice is not mistaken for a complete conclusion.

Map indicators are a reference slice from QazGeo. Check the date and primary statistical source before publication.

Source route

Run a scenario to see real fragments from the current collection.

Scenario 02 · Find a provision

From an everyday question to a specific article

Choose a topic. Retrieval searches the Russian and Kazakh layers of the constitutional collection and returns articles and explanatory material rather than a free paraphrase.

QUERY

Which article of the Constitution protects freedom of speech?

Source route

Run a scenario to see real fragments from the current collection.

Scenario 03 · Trace a public position

Find the primary source behind a public statement

The Qaz.Vision collection connects a topic with a date, author, document, and external primary source. That helps editors and analysts distinguish a quotation from a summary.

QUERY

What did Tokayev say about the budget?

This public collection is currently Russian-language. Open the document and check its original context.

Source route

Run a scenario to see real fragments from the current collection.

Scenario 04 · Document navigator

Find an act or article without reading hundreds of pages

Two controlled routes separate document retrieval from a legal conclusion. Janus.Guru first shows the act or article found; the user checks applicability and freshness in the primary source.

The regulatory-acts and Tax Code collections are currently Russian-language. Retrieval is not legal or tax advice.

Regulatory acts

Find a specific act by its subject or title.

QUERY

Find the law on trade unions

Source route

Run a scenario to see real fragments from the current collection.

Tax Code 2025

Find the controlling provision before moving to a full explanation.

QUERY

What is a tax obligation?

Source route

Run a scenario to see real fragments from the current collection.

Working result

Bring evidence from different scenarios into one table

Add documents found above. The table shows which question and collection produced each basis; it does not replace reading the primary source.

What these demonstrations actually show

  1. The collection is visibleThe user sees the selected set, its language, and its current registry volume.
  2. Retrieval is separate from generationYou can inspect what was found before asking the model to formulate an answer.
  3. Limits stay visibleReference metrics, source language, and manual review requirements sit beside the result.

Janus.Guru

Need this demonstration over your own documents?

One collection and 30–50 control questions are enough for a pilot. We show successful answers and the places where the data is still insufficient.
